Open kmbs liveWe invite you to an open conversation co-hosted by kmbs, Vivat Publishing, the IT company Genesis, and Vector Media — dedicated to exploring the book "Netflix and the Culture of Innovation." This conversation centers around an investigation into the leadership decisions that enabled Netflix not only to transform the streaming industry, but to reshape the very nature of organizational collaboration. We’ll explore approaches to building a culture of innovation through the lens of Netflix — a company that created an environment of openness, creative decision-making, and individual responsibility. These foundational elements became the driving force behind their innovation capacity and ability to stay ahead of change. At the heart of our discussion: culture as a system-defining force. Together, we’ll reflect on questions such as: 🔹 What internal mechanisms create space for experimentation? 🔹 How do openness and trust emerge as prerequisites for change? 🔹 What drives accountability in teams — and how does it become a key to sustainable growth? 🔹 How does leadership evolve in such teams? 🔹 What role do feedback, attitudes toward mistakes, and the ability to unlock people’s potential play? We’ll dive into culture as an organizational force that fosters not only innovation, but long-term sustainability in times of constant change. Speakers: Kateryna Andrushko — COO at Quarks Inna Maksymenko — Founder & CEO at Keiki Yulia Plieva — Owner & CEO at Apple Consulting®, author and kmbs lecturer in Theory of Constraints Iryna Morzhova — Founder and Lead Consultant at sPIN, author of the program “Evolution of Organizational Culture: Leader, Values, Team” Moderator: Yulia Tkach — Chief Editor at Vector, and host of the podcast “Khto tsi liudy” (“Who Are These People?”)
