Open kmbs liveHe who does not move forward goes back!
We live in a world where we have to be mobile because external circumstances can change suddenly. Most theories have been talking about change for decades.
Development is an entirely different concept: it requires an awareness of this (as in the case of change) and a specific toolkit for action, which is not so well known. The development of organizations and people should be considered together — and then integrate them both.
Is this a safe way to become "mobile" and motivated to survive in the future eventually? Tools can be, for example: how to jointly arrange the end (especially when there is no real vision), organize the points of intersection between functions, or customer-oriented processes? Also, what is labor content, where is production in society, and where to direct profits? In the future, the display should be adjusted horizontally. But how? Let's exchange views on these essential topics.
Guest: Jean-Pierre Caron
He has an MBA degree in organizational management and 30 years of experience as a development consultant for people and organizations. Uses tools and methods derived from the practice of Bernard Livehud (Holland), including working with people on their "biography" and their mission. Works in the direction of social change through the treatment of money, which is based on values. In 1988, Jean-Pierre and like-minded people founded the first ethical bank in France, La NEF, of which he is still vice president.
