Open kmbs liveWe often discover that interaction within an organization follows rules that differ significantly from the declared values. Day-to-day decisions, real priorities, communication with clients and partners — all of this may contradict what we had envisioned or planned.
Sometimes, the values that supported us for years begin to lose their power and become an obstacle to moving in the desired direction. Founders and leaders may find themselves in a situation where the core principles once established no longer provide a relevant framework for the organization. After all, values are our constructive limitations and foundations — the compass we use for decision-making and what sets us apart from others.
So how can we truly understand what is happening within an organization, and what leverage do we have?
We invite you to a conversation with:
The discussion will revolve around the following questions:
What should you do when the desired culture is drastically different from reality? How should you act if the declared values are not embraced by the majority of the team, and culture in practice "has a life of its own"?
Does our company culture support the achievement of our goals? Is it a resource moving us closer to our vision, or an obstacle holding us back? How can culture work “for” or “against” us?
What can be done when an organization’s authentic values begin to lose their impact? How can you recognize this moment, and what steps should be taken?
How should you work with skilled professionals who do not share the company’s desired values — especially if they hold key positions and influence the broader organization?
How can we bring the desired culture closer to reality — and should we?
We invite founders, CEOs, and leaders who seek to understand the real mechanisms of influence within their organizations and want to establish a foundation for conscious development.
