Open kmbs liveTogether with kmbs teacher Serhiy Nozdrachov, we will try to understand what leadership lessons we can already learn after two months of a full-scale war that Russia has started against Ukraine.
We are participants in a situation that no one in the world could have predicted: the enemy certainly did not expect such resistance and unity from the Ukrainians, so all plans to "take Kyiv in 3 days" failed. Our foreign allies also did not expect that Ukraine would be able to survive for so long and would have to change their plans to support Ukraine in the long run. One of the key factors in Ukraine's successful opposition to the "Second Army of the World" is the special type of leadership and organization of Ukrainians.
During the event, we will talk about what we can learn and teach the world, rebuilding our country and ourselves.
Key issues we will work with:
◾️ Strengths of soft power: why is democracy important?
◾️ “Ownership mentality”: how does decentralized government work?
◾️ Dedification and reliance on strengths: how do these two most powerful leadership tools manifest themselves?
◾️ "Generator of hope" is an important role of the leader.
