Identical institutions — business, church, family — do not work the same in different countries. Cross-cultural research allows us to understand why different cultures have different decision-making logic and behavior.

At the event, we will consider the criteria by which national cultures are studied and, first of all, we will talk about who we are, what sets us apart, and how to help others understand us.

According to some cross-cultural systems, Ukraine and Russia look similar, but we will understand what the key difference is — this will be our second step.

Finally, we will consider the profiles of countries with which Ukraine now often interacts: the United States, Britain, Germany, France, Israel, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia.
